BMC Software is seeking an experienced Interaction Designer to join its UX Team.

The successful candidate will be working on several of the leading BMC products. Strong technical and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to assume ownership and drive issues to completion are the key success factors.

The candidate should be adept at proposing and documenting software and UI design, analyzing requirements and developing high-quality interaction designs. The candidate should understand the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), be detail-oriented, embrace development and UI best practices, and communicate clearly and effectively with peers and stakeholders. The candidate must be hands on, capable of creating and iterating wire frames and interactive prototypes.

Job Summary:

The Interaction Designer will:

Design consistent, intuitive, and easy to use enterprise web application user interfaces

Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams of:

Interpret user stories and use cases and produce wireframes applying interaction design patterns and user interface standards and guidelines.
