The Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist for Emerging Programs fuels Red Bull with extraordinary entry-level talent across North America. Reporting to and supporting the Manager of Emerging Programs in all Emerging Program execution, the TA Specialist for Emerging Programs will also support the field in hiring the best talent for Student Marketeer roles by providing the right tools and training(s) and continuously improving the hiring process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Consumer Collecting recruitment efforts for Red Bull North America


    Proactively build and manage relationships with target campuses and student organizations


    Deliver market research and data to help attract diverse talent across all platforms and channels


    Support the recruitment process from outreach to onboarding


    Anticipate peak recruiting times and support talent acquisition needs of the business as necessary





  • Support Manager of Emerging Programs in hiring event planning & execution for the Grad, Aviator, and Intern Programs


    Identify and prioritize organizational talent needs with hiring managers and Talent Business Partners


    Support the design, delivery, and refinement of hiring manager (Brand Marketing Specialist) recruitment training


    Provide onboarding training for new hiring managers


    Participate in and support Consumer Collecting training conferences


    Deliver monthly Consumer Collecting hiring metrics, identifying areas of opportunity


    Collaborate with Talent Business Partners to improve retention of top talent


    Provide the context and tools to support "top talent" decisions for hiring managers


    Collaborate with global Consumer Collecting Leadership to localize hiring manager trainings, hiring techniques, and recruitment strategies





  • Oversee the entry-level candidate experience


    Support the training of Brand Marketing Specialists around how to recruit with a focus on diversity and inclusion


    Identify and act on opportunities to streamline entry-level recruiting processes and tools


    Adhere to EEOC and OFCCP guidelines throughout the recruiting lifecycle

  • Exceptional phone presence, communication, and presentation skills

  • Cross-functional project management

  • Ability to provide feedback, coaching, and change management guidance

  • Travel up to 10%
