Job Description:

The Neenah-Menasha YMCA is looking for a dynamic Sports & Recreation Coordinator to help lead our Youth Sports Programs and our Youth Center/Adventure Alley staff.

The Sports & Recreation Coordinator drives participation and retention by leading in the planning and execution of all youth sports leagues and classes, summer camp, and other sports programs or events. This person will strive to achieve strategic plan goals and provide outstanding customer service to all participants, coaches, and parents. The Sports & Recreation Coordinator will help lead a team of staff including Youth Center / Adventure Alley attendants, sports officials, coaches, instructors and seasonal sports staff. They also serve as a member of the Key Leaders Team and assist in other areas of the YMCA as they are able to.

This is a full-time exempt position, 40+ hours/week. hours vary based on program needs and often include evenings and weekends.
