Responsibilities

    Review project deliverables, Contractual commitment reports and contractually mandated requirements/guidelines.
  • Assess compliance with REI corporate quality standards and identify best practices and areas for improvement.

  • Assist in management and maintenance of REI Quality Management Systems developed using framework of ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO/IEC 20000:2018, CMMI-DEV v2.0 L3, CMMI-SVC v2.0 L3.

  • Perform inspections and internal audits as needed to support the quality assurance.

  • Assist in performing root causes on Project and quality management issues.

  • Assist in regularly monitoring of quality program initiatives and ensure the programs adheres to the processes.

  • Coordinating and ensuring timely submissions of project data for monthly project reviews; assisting in identifying/Escalating project risks.

  • Assist in collecting measures and analyzing data for improvements.

Qualifications

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of overall experience, or a master's degree.

  • Good understanding of CMMI standards (CMMI - Capability Maturity Model Integration) v2.0 Model, ISO 9001-2015, ISO 20000, ISO 27000.

  • Good understanding of Agile - Scrum, Kanban methodology.

  • Experience with SharePoint.

  • Knowledge with quality management principles and techniques.

Nice to have:


  • Experience working with a Project Management Office (PMO) or similar organization

  • Familiarity with different types of federal contracts and contract requirements.

  • Certifications or specialized training related to quality management systems - ISO standards - 9001, 20000 and 27000 and CMMI v2.0 Level 3
