RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Job Summary & Responsibilities

Equities Management is seeking an Associate to join its team, overseeing organizational management, financial metrics, and regulatory structure across the Equities Franchise. This individual would also focus on working with leadership of the Americas Derivatives Structuring for business planning and strategy, performance tracking, and organizational management of the team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale projects, identifying ways to make processes more efficient and effective, and working successfully across diverse groups of cross-functional stakeholders. A candidate should demonstrate comfort with complex workflow and processes, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

A successful candidate will:

Preferred Qualifications:

Analyze franchise performance and assess key trends & themes for Equities senior leadership
• Manage regulatory oversight across Cash Equities and Derivatives with other key stakeholders


• Serve as key point of contact for Americas Equities Structuring management & strategy

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in financial services, preferably related to Equities Sales & Trading


• Keen interest in Equities capital markets


• Strong academic background with demonstrated interest in a diverse set of subject areas


• Previous experience with securities-related regulatory policies (e.g., Volcker, CCAR) would be a bonus


• Expansive people and project management experience, particularly with a focus on process improvement

Technical

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills


• QlikView, Tableau


• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills


• Exposure to financial trading and risk systems
