Position Objective

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Driver!

As a Delivery Driver, your primary focus is loading/securing and protecting inventory to ensure safe transport.

Essential Job Functions

• Load and unload trucks which requires lifting and moving product weighing about 53lbs


• Retrieve end user Proof of Deliveries (POD's) using our ES400 device


• Must be able to use, or learn to use, all job related equipment which may include but is not limited to:
  
  
  • Stair climber
  
  
  • Dolly
  
  
  • Global positioning system (GPS)
  
  
  
  


• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English. This includes but is not limited to reading:
  
  
  • Packing lists
  
  
  • Customer addresses
  
  
  • Delivery/pick up inventory lists
  
  
  • Special delivery instructions
  
  
  
  


• Write notes on packing list, as well as enter and read GPS directions


• Must accurately write/fill out daily driver logs and vehicle inspection reports


• Maintain and drive vehicle in accordance with state and federal motor vehicle/traffic laws


• When not making deliveries some warehouse work is required


• Driver will communicate on a daily basis with Sales, Service, Administration, and Logistics Departments, as well as Customers

• Physical activity required including frequent bending, reaching, lifting and standing


• Professional, Mature Attitude and solid Communication Skills


• Reliable/dependable with attention to detail


• Strong initiative and demonstrates ability to work as part of a team


• Must possess a valid state Driver's License with clean driving record

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred


• At least 6 months of driving experience is required


• Warehouse experience a plus
