Senior Program Management Analyst (Air/Marine Operations)

Overview

LMI is seeking an experienced Senior Program Management Analyst to assist in aircraft modification acquisition development, technical development, program status reporting, and general program administrative support to the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Air and Maritime Operations, Maritime Patrol Aircraft (MPA) Program Office. The Senior Program Management Analyst will serve as a senior consultant to the DHC-8 Program Manager.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

Interact with headquarter-based and field Operations and Mission Support government personnel, third party contractor personnel, and other parties as necessary to assist in the aircraft modification program
• Draft and revise program acquisition documentation (e.g., SOW, IGCE, AP, WBS, RMP, etc.), in consultation with various stakeholders.


• Draft, revise and review program budget and financial documentation.


• Research, draft and review technical documents


• Track program milestones and schedules


• Provide technical assessment reports and follow-on analysis during the acquisition lifecycle of the DHC-8 Modification Program.


• Developing reports, presentations, scheduling meetings/agendas, providing meeting minutes/action items, developing other support documentation and maintaining the program's technical and administrative archive network library.

Qualifications

Required qualifications and experience:

• Must have a BS or MS degree in a technical or business discipline.


• Must have a PMI PMP certification or equivalent (i.e., DAWIA or DHS project management certification.


• Must have at least 10 years of project and program management support experience.


• Experience with DHC-8 and P-3 aircraft and an understanding of mission support processes


• Experience with DHS acquisition life cycle preferred.


• Significant experience in Air/Marine Operations, CBP, DHS, and other Federal program management strongly preferred.


• Ability to pass a government background investigation, including financial, criminal, residential, educational, foreign affiliation, prohibited substance abuse, and employment verifications; an active U.S. Customs and Border Protection Background Investigation (BI) is required.
