HOW YOU WILL DO IT

Does attracting top talent, event planning and branding an organization sound exciting to you? If you answered yes, this is the position for you! As a Campus Recruiter for Plexus, you will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting process for our Interns. You will recruit on campus, source and screen candidates, and support our Interns from hire to completion of their Internship. The best part, you get to join in on all the fun activities and development opportunities right alongside our Interns!

In addition to generating top talent on campus, this position will also offer you the ability to drive our growing Intern program in the U.S. while also allowing you to influence your own creativity to the program.

Key Job Accountabilities:


  • Coordinate, lead and participate in on campus recruitment.

  • Evaluate and qualify applicants.

  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate, campus and internal relationships.

  • Influence the development of interns in the United States intern program.

Additional Accountabilities:


  • Organize student job shadows and group site tours.

  • Develop strong knowledge of the Company, its culture, benefits, products and services in order to sell the Company, the job and the career opportunity.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure that we are branding Plexus in an appropriate matter and to the correct audience.

  • Assist in creating and providing input around recruiting marketing materials.

What we are looking for:


  • A minimum of a Bachelor degree is required

  • 1 year of related experience is preferred.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Effective decision-making and time-management skills

  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills needed for working with a variety of people throughout the company.

  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities, produce excellent work results and follow through on commitments.

  • Detail-oriented
