SIA is seeking a talented, passionate, and motivated Conferences & Events Manager to help take our fast-growing, innovative event portfolio to the next level. The Conferences & Events Manager will be responsible for supporting the conference team in large scale conferences with attendee count ranging from 500-1,400, including on-site set-up, registration, and attendee and sponsor correspondence. This person will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to execute flawless events that support Staffing Industry Analysts' reputation of being the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is exceptionally strategic, analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once. This person will report to the Senior Director of Conferences and Events and is preferably based in the California Bay Area.
