Key Responsibilities
● Understand every branch office client, including their unique needs and life event celebrations to proactively meet and exceed expectations of feeling valued
● Ensure that Financial Advisors are informed of clients’ needs
● Effectively liaise between clients and Financial Advisors by anticipating and resolving non-financial questions to ensure lasting relationships
● Perform office administration duties, to include answering calls, greeting clients, managing communications, maintaining records, ordering supplies, processing expenses, and scheduling/managing appointments and calendars
● Ensure preparation and execution of the client appointment process using tools and contact plans
● Perform simple account processing and maintenance, including check processing, managing client paperwork, minimum distributions, and digital services
● Identify and share potential opportunities to grow client assets with the Financial Advisor
● Educate clients about services that make it easy to do business with Edward Jones
Job requirements: High School Diploma/Equivalent required
1+ year of concierge/customer service work experience preferred
Financial industry experience preferred
