The Senior Manager, Organizational Effectiveness is responsible for managing large scale organizational design and change initiatives within the Organizational Effectiveness team. Applies organizational design and change management methodology, frameworks, processes and tools to enable outcomes. Demonstrates change leadership with the business in designing and developing approaches to facilitate organizational change. Identifies organizational dependencies and risks to drive more efficient decision making.

What will you do?


  • Advisory and coaching support on leadership individual capability building

  • Leads the development of content and materials for org design and change management working sessions with Sr. Business Leaders

  • Leads strategic change management planning which includes– scoping, benchmarking, resourcing, identifying considerations and risks, recommended actions and deliverables using the org design and change framework

  • Develops, executes and measures a set of actionable and targeted change management plans, including but not limited to org structure, key messages for communications, sponsor/stakeholder engagement plan, and business readiness and measurement plan

  • Continuously identifies leading practices to develop and applies tools, techniques and approaches to managing org. design and change throughout various levels of the organization


Minimum Requirements:

  • 9 years of experience within HR, Organizational Effectiveness or Change Management

  • 5 years of experience leading strategic initiatives

  • Ability to synthesize information with the ability to draw out key themes, trends, and risks

  • Ability to develop trusting relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams with ability to influence without authority

  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent decision-making in responding to unique situations

  • Able to lead with content: Skilled at framing issues around difficult topics; highly effective at communicating to a range of audiences (verbal, written, visually)

  • Proven track record of delivery: Possesses an outcome-oriented mentality and is highly effective at systems thinking, maintains high attention to detail, quality execution and follow-through

  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of direct/indirect people management experience
