Job Description:

Infosys is seeking an Actimize Business Analyst. The resource will be joining our financial services domain consulting team, this is a specialized team with expertise in supporting Banking, Capital Markets, Cards & Payments, Mortgage etc domain projects. Resource needs good experience with NICE Actimize platform involving various OOTB solutions such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Anti-Fraud. Candidate needs to have extensive experience in configuring and Customize NICE Actimize solutions such as Suspicious Activity Monitoring AML-SAM, Customer Due Diligence AML-CDD, Watch List Filtering AML-WLF, Currency Transaction Reporting AML-CTR and Integrated Fraud Management Solution IFM.  

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Austin, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
• Experience in NICE Actimize
• Experience in Actimize OOTB solutions such as SAM, WLF, CDD, IFM, ERCM/ActOne.

Preferred Qualifications
• At least 4 years of experience working with Actimize OOTB solutions such as SAM, WLF, CDD, IFM, ERCM/ActOne.
• At least 4 years of experience in in Development/ Configuration/solutions Validation and deployment of the various Actimize OOTB Solutions as listed in required qualifications above. 
• Experience with Actimize solutions tuning and performance improvement.
• At least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis Skills – Requirements analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies and estimations. Has ability to participate efficiently in the Development and Testing phases of the project.
• Possesses good understanding of code quality standards and knowledge management processes. 
• Good Analytical and Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills – ability to co - ordinate and manage the expectations and relationships with all the internal and external stakeholders of the project
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
