Job Summary:
The Benefits Administrator is responsible for leading the human resources function for several locations, as well as supporting the Human Resources team in a dynamic, global organization. This individual will provide HR support and guidance to front line managers and employees in a wide range of HR maters including but not limited to benefits, onboarding and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the benefits process for open enrollment in both the US and Canada.
* Work with employees on any benefits issues, claims to ensure a positive resolution.
* Audit the monthly bills for changes and payment.
* Manage the HRIS system and be the guru in reporting, onboarding and system administration.
* Build a strong consultative relationship with assigned client groups. Act as key HR point of contact, trusted advisor and sounding board for managers and employees.
* Provide counsel and guidance to employees and managers on sensitive HR issues and concerns with a focus on problem-resolution and providing excellent customer service.
* Ensure AA and EEOC compliance and reporting is conducted on an annual basis.
* Manage all of the reporting and auditing process during the specified time.
* Manage the annual performance management process with all employees and managers.
* Audit payroll in Ulti Pro on a bi-weekly basis.
Desired Skills & Experience
* 3-5 years prior experience in Human Resources, benefits administration and Employee Relations management.
* Previous experience with Ulti Pro required.
* Demonstrated ability in leadership, team building, time management, accountability and problem solving.
* Ability to champion change.
* Must be self-motivated, results driven with a strong background in Ulti Pro and human resources.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to travel (20%).
