National Underground Group comprises of five operating brands. Our Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for providing National Underground Group's five operating brands and the corporate brand marketing support as well as supporting, commercial sales representatives, branch administration teams, and other departments with the marketing support, materials, and data as needed. Strong CRM experience is required.

Key Functions and Responsibilities


  • Support sales and operations teams on proposal workflow. Includes working within bid databases, our CRM, and other data bases to pull information together for a proposal.

  • Management of CRM including but not limited to sales processes, training of new sales users, data management, and reporting.

  • Work with third party agencies and freelancers on website maintenance, SEO and SEM strategy, email marketing campaigns, and graphic design projects.

  • Content creation and management of all social media accounts.

  • Conduct market analysis, including researching target markets and competitors. Work with executive and sales team around strategic customer account development

  • Coordinate all trade show and conference exhibit opportunities. Responsibilities include scheduling exhibitor participation, evaluating and recommending sponsorship opportunities, coordinating shipment of displays and all marketing materials, tracking inventory, and ordering promotional items, occasionally attending trade shows, and overall marketing strategy of attending the show

  • Responsible for creating, sending, and analyzing quarterly customer satisfaction surveys

  • Create and maintain a marketing plan including but not limited to all marketing campaigns, deadlines, and budget.

  • Maintaining a highly organized marketing portal to ensure marketing assets, budgets, reports, and other documents are easily found by entire organization.

  • Collaborate across all departments to complete tasks, meet deadlines and accomplish marketing and organizational goals.

  • Create and maintain entire inventory of marketing collateral for the business development team. This includes but is not limited to sales pitch presentations, proposals, sales and marketing flyers and brochures, digital artwork, and graphics.

Education & Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

  • Minimum of one - two years of relative work experience

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is required. A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a Marketing-focused role, including experience in CRM, SEO, and content creation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and/or Construction Industry.


Both verbal and written communication skills are vital, and, of course, this candidate will need to be tech-savvy. This person should have the experience supporting all things marketing: social media management, content and asset creation, understanding and creating a marketing strategy around organizational goals - graphic design is a plus. Evidence of time management and project coordination skills. This candidate should have a proven track record of results as we'll expect them to work independently, multi-task, and manage their time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
