Summary of Job Scope and Expectations:

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees Warehouse operations, including cycle/annual counts, inventory management, fulfillment processing and accounting, software management, and any other areas related to warehouse operations. The Warehouse Supervisor identifies any inventory discrepancies and closes cases independently. The position develops process improvements to reduce shrinkage, increase operation efficiency and elevate service standard. This position supervises and coaches Warehouse administrative and operations associates.

Essential Functions:

Descriptions

* Supervises the Warehouse administrative and operations team, scheduling, training and coaching team members, monitoring and appraising their contributions, and assuring team is aligned with policy and procedure compliance to meet established standards.

* Contributes to the department's strategic planning and budgeting. Maintains and updates knowledge of warehouse operations and industry standards. Prepares training materials on Warehouse operations as needed.

* Ensures adequate inventory levels for all items at all times in the Central Warehouse. Prepares inventory related reports as needed, such as period end reports, sales data, etc. Performs and reviews daily inventory adjustments and changes, and manages excess, aging, on-hold, and obsolete inventory.

* Responsible for cycle and annual counts (plans, conducts, oversees, reconciles, etc.). Conducts investigations on any inventory discrepancies and closes cases independently.

* Analyzes shrinkage account and resolves or prevents potential inventory problems. Audits operational processes and compliance procedures, and makes improvement on processes and procedures to reduce shrinkage. Develops policies and procedures for warehouse accountability and implements best practice along with warehouse loss prevention plans.

* Responsible for on-time preparation of new store kit with accuracy, including coordination with Operators, other departments, vendors and team members. Prepares documents and follows up on orders for new store kit, including charges and back ordered items.

* Reviews and analyzes warehouse operations and elevate efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse operations and services.

* Develops, implements and improves space management plan for warehouse.

* Supports Mailroom and Warehouse operations, including customer service as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Logistics or related field required

* Minimum three years of Warehouse/Fulfillment/DC experience with increasing supervisory experience, preferably in a hospitality/retail environment

* Successful completion of annual store training
