POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for assisting the Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and Customer Service Supervisor (CSS). The CSA handles all scheduling/shipping of LTL/air shipments, and entering frt, invoicing, reports from LN, filing, maintenance of copier/fax, final authorization of credit cards, processes RGA"s and credits and other CS office duties.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Will operate a computer, typewriter, adding machine/calculator, copier and/or other office machines.
May conduct research for information as requested, generate LN reports as requested.
Enters freight on sales orders.
Manages Electronic Customer Portals for order confirmations and invoicing.
Pre-Authorization and Finalizes credit card orders for Virginia Beach.
Reviews the draft invoices for errors before the final invoicing is completed
Processes credits.
Coordinate and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure quality services to customers.
Assists CSM with New Items
Back up to Reception
Processing of Evaluations and Field Trials and tracking
Assists Customer Service with order entry and E-shop orders.
