Perform administrative duties assisting the Branch/Store manager, including assisting the Regional Manager when necessary. Perform all clerical duties for the office as necessary.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
The Administrative assistant is responsible and accountable for, but not limited to, the following:
Greet and direct visitors, answer and route all telephone calls
Take detailed messages
Maintain and keep all files up to date
Handle project-oriented duties and complete in a timely manner
Back up for all clerical personnel
Promote good welfare among the company and its divisions
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 1-year experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Must have working knowledge of the above titled position and how it relates to the overall business and its' objectives.
Must meet goals and objectives set forth by the company
Must conform to policies and procedures set forth by the company
Must have good communication skills written and verbal
Must have good organizational skills
Must be able to balance the branch petty cash and checking account
Must be able to type 50 wpm
Must be computer literate and proficient in a Windows environment (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and good client relationships
Must promote and maintain a clean, neat and safe work environment
Must have the ability to effectively operate various types of office equipment (telephone system, copier, printer, fax etc)
Must be dependable and be able to work independently
Must protect the company assets and interest
