The Information Security Analyst maintains and supports technologies and programs deployed to enforce BCBSNC's security policies. Administer various Information Security management functions related to IT security, policy and procedures, security awareness training, and legal matters. Provide governance and management of IT control frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance. Monitor and evaluate key IT controls.


Bachelor's degree and 3 years experience in security operations/administration, audit, controls, and/or risk management. If no degree, 4 years in security operations/administration, audit, controls and/or risk management. Experience with new technology implementation processes in a cross-functional project management environment. Experience determining appropriate security controls and identifying mitigation strategies that meet business and technical requirements.
