Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

• May review monthly profit and loss statements, and write variance reports under the supervision of the Retail Manager
• Supervises cleanliness and upkeep of retail area and stockroom including training of retail stocker on proper placement of tags and replenishment of stock duties and responsibilities according to our presentation standards and Plano grams.
• Processes purchase requests, inventories, prices, and merchandises.
• Retail inventory under the guidance of the Retail Manager and Finance Department.
• Complies with established controls of the Retail Policy and Procedures.
• Enters work records of Retail Associates as appropriate.
• Conducts training for new hires and Retail Associates on visual presentation

standards set forth with Plano grams. Trains and coaches Retail Associates

in conjunction with the Manager in selling techniques, customer service, and fashion

knowledge.

• Supervises the organization, set up, and selling at concerts.
• Builds sales volume based on customer service, sales, expertise, merchandising, fashion, product knowledge, and most importantly, on customer satisfaction.

Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands:

• Able to work independently and with little supervision.
• Must be able to maneuver throughout the retail shop.
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, crouch, stoop, and kneel when assisting customers with their merchandise needs.
• Must have the manual dexterity to manipulate the cash register and Ticketmaster machines.
• Must be able to handle more than one function at a time accurately be being well-organized and paying attention to details.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to tolerate loud music and large crowds in smoking environment.
