YOUR ROLE
Sets vision, strategies, goals, and objectives for winning with the Dollar Channel (Dollar General, Family Dollar and Dollar Tree) for our Beauty Care business
Develops and implements annual Business Plan (strategic sales plan) to accommodate customers strategy and Henkel's goals
Develops, mentors, and manages all levels of the local Sales team to retain and perpetuate the growth of the team and upward movement of talent within the Henkel NA sales structure
Anticipates changing customer strategies and develops alignment with Henkel headquarters
Executes sales forecasting activities and coordinates promotional planning and product management initiatives
Responsible for coordinating and planning all promotions, features, displays, and price strategies
Analyzes sales data (POS data, Nielsen, and outside data sources) to formulate strategy and promote sales. Delivers effective sales presentations to Buyers and other Key Executives to build and maintain relationships
Recommends budget, expenditures, and appropriations for trade and shopper marketing. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs and aligns with Henkel KPI's
Accountable for Digital strategy and implementation with the Dollar Channel customers
Manages and accountable for all budgets (trade, shopper, digital)
YOUR SKILLS
Bachelor degree in related business field; MBA preferred with 10+ years of competitive CPG sales experience
Effective communicator, P&L Management
Proven track record of leading high performing teams
Customer Collaboration
Knowledge of E-commerce
