Job Description:

A Facilities Maintenance Operator's job duties include:

• Operate heavy mobile equipment
• Pour, finish, and mix concrete
• Clean mill area, tanks, and equipment
• Repair plant floors, streets, and court yards
• Secure solid and liquid waste from mill area
• Operate cranes and man lifts
• Use hand tools
• Maintain records and reports
• Minor maintenance of equipment
• Operate generators and compressors
• Build forms and stripping for concrete
• Calculate and order concrete
• Mix cleaning solutions and service equipment

• Employee must be able to perform essential functions of this department.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
