We are seeking a Commercial Segment Executive that will manage and coach a team of relationship managers to meet sales goals, while adhering to credit quality and processing standards. In addition to leading the team, the Commercial Segment Executive manages a portfolio and is responsible for achieving personal sales goals. The Commercial Segment Executive leads and influences others by demonstrating Old National's values and leadership principles.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Management and/or equivalent work experience. Master's Degree with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance, preferred.


• Minimum 10 years relevant commercial banking experience with a super community or regional bank strongly preferred.


• Proven leadership experience, including prior management of relationship managers.


• Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills.


• Thorough knowledge of current loan standards, loan review administration and banking/OCC pr ocedures.
