POSITION SUMMARY

Provide professional project management, document preparation, and data management support to account managers, account executives, and senior directors.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Support account teams with day-to-day standard tasks, requests related to:


  • Check / advertising

  • Copy center

  • Document direct

  • Expense reports

  • File transfer

  • Fulfillment center

  • Houston / Polaris updates

  • Lotus Notes

  • PMF

  • Reporting (Analyst, BIT, Eligibility, Ops Insights, Book of Business, Lawsuit, RDS, OPR)

  • RFP submissions

Support account teams with unique support including, yet not limited to:


  • Monthly regional calls

  • Meeting logistics

  • One-on-one calls for new solutions updates

  • Organizational asks

  • Renewal preparation

  • Ad hoc research

  • SharePoint updates

  • Assistance with annual reviews

Support Strategy & Planning team with ongoing projects proactively serving National Accounts and Key Accounts, including:


  • Benefit fair management

  • Client challenges updates

  • Cross-functional asks and support

  • CST assignments

  • Divisional broadcast logistics

  • Conference assistance

  • Monthly Houston validation report

  • SAM Communication calendar invites

QUALIFICATIONS

BA/BS degree or 6 - 8 years relevant working experience

0-2 years sales support/project management experience

Advanced Microsoft Office application proficiency required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to keep sensitive information confidential

Knowledge of business operations and policies is helpful
