The Opportunity:

As the ideal candidate, you are an experienced product manager with a strong track record of leading products, able to influence others across different business and functional teams, and you have demonstrated leadership by defining and rolling out successful releases, initiatives, and processes. As Lead Product Manager you'll manage several key components that make up the Business Network Trading Grid, including the unified solution provisioning tool and core runtime platform responsible for choreographing the interactions between a series of reusable services to process customer data. You'll also participate in or lead go-to-market initiatives to commercialize the next-generation cloud-based Trading Grid platform to new and existing customers. Critical skill sets and experience include an understanding of business-to-business (B2B) integration technologies, supply chain, corporate to bank financial transactions, SaaS, PaaS, integration platforms, and managed services delivery models.

You are great at:

• Discovering and validating market problems (both within existing and future customers)


• Doing Market, Customer, and other relevant validations to ensure the business problem that is to be solved is urgent, pervasive, and customers are willing to pay for


• Understanding how customers and users leverage technology to solve supply chain risk management problems, including Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).


• Providing leadership for strategy, technical, marketing, and lifecycle management aspects of the product


• Maintaining the product roadmap and clearly communicating product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders


• Working with the product development team and other cross-functional teams to bring features to life.


• Writing, reviewing, and prioritizing detailed business cases, use cases and specifications based on high-level requirements for product enhancements


• Presenting and defending product vision and strategy to executives, including chief product officer

What it takes:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, business, supply chain, or logistics & transportation. MBA is a plus


• At least 5-7 years experience in a product management or equivalent role with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development, and launch in a collaborative environment


• Experience with ESG market needs, competitive landscape, methodologies, regulatory landscape, and market trends


• Understanding of ESG best practices, leaders, UN sustainability goals and how these can reduce risk and improve compliance for customers


• Strong customer orientation and comfortable in sales situations, proven through former experience


• Able to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams in an agile manner


• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to interact with and understand technical subjects/emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace


• Knowledge of software development lifecycle process and methodologies


• Accustomed to working in an international environment involving multiple development sites in various time zones.
