Job Description:

Equifax Workforce Solutions (EWS) is looking for an execution-oriented individual with hands-on experience managing, tracking and reporting on programs and initiatives to support the Data & Analytics and Marketing organizations.  The right candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get things done.

The role requires a seasoned professional who is resourceful, confident under pressure, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.  The strategy & execution program manager will work with internal stakeholders across Data & Analytics, Marketing, Technology, Finance, Sales, Operations and other parts of the Equifax ecosystem to ensure delivery of a variety of initiatives closely tied to enterprise strategic goals.

What You’ll Do 

• Translate business needs into an end-to-end execution plan




• Take ownership and drive work execution




• Create well-defined timeline and work schedule artifacts




• Track and distribute relevant metrics and progress reports




• Act as a communications conduit to executives for periodic status briefings

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s Degree




• 7+ years of project management experience, PMP or other project/program management certified




• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate analysis and insights into actionable business plans




• Proficient in G Suite, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet




• Ability to travel <10%
