Job Description:

Role: SAP APO Consultant

Location: Portland, OR – remote, but work in Portland, OR (relocation provided).

Duration: Full Time only – Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Job responsibilities

• The position requires functional knowledge in the highly complex area of SAP APO (Advanced Planner & Optimizer)


• Experience supporting Demand and Supply planning as well as integration with other non-SAP systems like (Teradata, Cognos, Informatica and PMD)


• The individual would be responsible leading business support and key initiatives in the APO space.


• This role requires the ability to manage across platforms and teams. Ability to work in multi-vendor environment with agile methodology (Sprint and PI Planning).


• Have to work independently and should be comfortable on APO SNP CTM planning engine.


• Must have hands-on experience in APO-DP configurations like creation of MPOS, PA, PB and Macros


• Must have hands-on experience in APO-SNP CTM configurations like creation of Master data set-up, End-to-End CTM Planning engine set-up and maintenance support.


• Must have worked on Core Interface (CIF) and have fair knowledge to resolve daily CIF issues encountered in the APO system.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent


• At least 8 years of SAP APO Configuration experience


• At least 2 implementation and Go live experience


• Understands how production support operates
