What you will do

You will enjoy working in a start-up culture with the backing and support of a much larger company, Johnson Controls, Inc (JCI). We are hardworking, open-minded and passionate about crafting phenomenal products and delivering real value for our users.

You will lead and support the Global Command Center as a Service (CCaaS) Transformation team to deliver projects and improvements that are critical to our organization’s success by delivering tangible improvement in business performance.

How you will do it

• Create, manage, and coordinate multiple core project management activities for a major program of work.


• Act as a role model of our Transformation Code of Conduct (CoC).


• Apply your business and analytical skills to transform JCI solving real business problems.


• Deliver long term and sustainable impact to the company.


• Provide value-add analytics through modelling using analytical tools (e.g., Excel, ThinkCell, Power BI etc.).


• Map current and future state business processes.


• Lead consultation with internal and external stakeholders.

What we look for

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or related field


• 5 years’ experience as a PMO Manager (at Portfolio/Program level)


• Experience in a start-up company and a consulting background


• Full understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools


• Knowledge of Project Management disciplines (PMBOK or Prince 2)


• Established governance and reporting management experience


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


• High level critical thinking and problem solving


• Strong interpersonal, communication and people skills

Preferred:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 Power Apps


• Relevant Program/Project Manager certifications
