Position provides management of approximately 200 events collectively worth over $700,000-$800,000 in gross income to the university annually. Additionally, the position will assist the Director with management of the student employees, financials, and auxiliary operations for the department. The position requires an unconventional work schedule which includes nights, weekends and limited travel.
Minimum of two years' experience in the hospitality or with collegiate events is required. Proven past success with professional marketing & sales experience is also required.
