Our Business:

PGIM Agricultural Finance and Investments is a business within PGIM Real Estate, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Prudential Financial, Inc.  Leveraging a 100-year history in agricultural lending and equity/real estate management services, Prudential's agriculture business provides lending and equity management services in the agribusiness sector throughout the United States.

PGIM Agricultural Finance and Investments currently has a debt portfolio of over $5.5 billion with regional offices located in Fresno, CA, Roseville, CA, Orlando, FL, Memphis, TN, and Lisle, IL.  We currently have an open Agricultural Investment Analyst position in our Roseville, CA office.  This position will report directly to the Regional Vice President.

The individual we are seeking must be highly motivated with a blend of several abilities including excellent analytical, research, and communication skills as well as an ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.  In addition to the analytical skill set, the individual must have good interpersonal skills with an interest in marketing and business development. The candidate must have a strong desire to learn, and the ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment. Some travel may be required.

Your Impact:

• Evaluation of new agricultural loans.


• Monitoring of credit risk in the existing agricultural mortgage loan portfolio.


• Conducting various industry research and analysis projects.

Qualifications:

• B.S. or Masters Degree in business, agricultural finance, economics, or equivalent curriculum preferred.


• Experience in agricultural production, agribusiness, or other agricultural related activities is preferred.


• Strong research, data gathering, and organization skills.


• Proficiency with MS Office applications.


• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or with a team.
