The University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture is a state wide campus, with faculty based on University campuses, at Research and Extension Centers and in every Arkansas county. It consists of the Arkansas Agricultural Experiment Station (AES) and the Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service (CES), and is home to more than 1400 employees. A Ph.D. in Statistics or Biostatistics is preferred. An individual whose Ph.D. is in a closely related discipline and who has an M.S. in Statistics and additional post-M.S. Statistics coursework may be considered. Interest in applied statistics and analytics along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and computing skills are required. Current students must have completed their degree prior to their starting date.

This is a full-time, twelve-month, tenure-track position with a competitive benefit package including a nationally-competitive matching retirement program. This position will have its tenure home through one of the nine academic departments making up the College.
