Summary

Support and continuously improve employee learning and leadership development efforts at TRUMPF. Develop and coordinate training plans for employees. Develop, maintain, and communicate the course schedule. Coordinate with internal and external training providers and ensure their delivery of high quality training.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Create training plans for employees and provide class registration documents

  2. Support the consolidation of Lerning Management Systems (LMS)

  3. Administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS)

  4. Assist Training & Development Manager in organizational / administrative tasks, such as data management, key-data compilation, and training web-site administration

  5. Assist Training & Development Manager with projects, such as the design of a mentoring program and the execution of our High Potential Program

  6. Support the transformation of existing L&D events onto the online plantform and manage the enrollment process

  7. Identify, coordination, and monitor performance of external training providers

  8. Cover for customer training administrator during absences

Experience

Experience in the field of employee Learning and Development. Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems and the ability to familiarize quickly with new software tools. Strong customer service skills and communications skills are a must.

Education

A.S. or B.S. Degree in adult learning, organization psychology, or related field.
