The Remote Access Group is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support and manage remote access across the enterprise. The candidate will be responsible for writing code, managing database log files, pulling reports for system usage, integrating external systems into existing system through APIs. As wll as adhoc support to various systems for token deliveries, and ability to manage Linux/Microsoft systems.  The candidate will be introduced to Prudential’s Remote Environment supporting RSA, MFA, and Pulse Secure traditional VPN support and BeyondTrust Secure Remote Support.  All 3 systems are directly managed and controlled by our group. 

Responsibilities include:


  • Auto reporting of user access and history reporting through e-mail distribution

  • Scripting of the CSS Auto ID special processing (User termination)

  • Scripting of the “Onboarding Token Delivery” for RSA, both used for Desktop MFA and RAS MFA

  • RSA batch job scripting and system processing minting token availability, reclaiming terminated MFA accounts for token redistribution.

  • RSA Prime support supporting self service functions & configurations

  • System patching for both the MS and Linux platforms

  • System API integration for Splunk reporting system alerting and reporting

Sound knowledge of Application Development in various Programming Languages:


  • Java JDK, SE, EE

  • Eclipse Java IDE

  • openSSL, PKI

  • REST API

  • JavaScript

  • PERL

  • HTML

  • -SQL

  • MS Powershell

  • Cyberfusion

  • Basic understanding of networking, subnetting, CIDR

  • Experience supporting Pulse Connect Secure

  • Experience supporting F5 BigIP LTM

Experience working with the RSA Family of products is highly beneficial:


  • RSA Authentication ManagerRSA WebTier

  • RSA Prime SSP ( Self Service Portal )

  • RSA SecurID (Software Tokens, Hardware Tokens)

  • RSA Authentication Agent (MFA)

Off hour rotations shared among the team (Thursday-Wednesday), candidate will be responsible for 1 week every 5 weeks
