ESSENTIAL DUTIES
1. Develops department marketing strategy and plan with key personnel.
2. Creates marketing collateral that supports the objectives of the department.
3. Creates and executes prospecting campaigns targeting our commercial customers.
4. Schedules and coordinates all trade show and conference activities.
5. Develops, builds and maintains customer satisfaction levels through relationship management.
6. Develops, builds and executes surveys to provide consistent feedback of our customers.
7. Coordinates closing and recording of leases with originators.
8. Ensures that all customer service calls, internal and external, are responded to in a timely manner.
9. Provides coverage to team leader as needed.
10. Acts as liaison with lenders, loan accounting officers and specialists, customers and other outside agencies.
11. Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, policies and procedures.
12. Processes, solves and answers difficult customer transactions, problems or inquiries.
13. Operates computer terminal or personal computer to process account activity, determine balances and resolve problems within given authority.
14. Answers direct, telephonic or email questions from clients and staff and directs callers to proper Bank personnel when necessary.
15. Assumes responsibility for various department functions in the absence of staff members or in overload situations.
16. Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; works ethically and with integrity; upholds organizational values; accepts responsibility for own actions.

18. Follows policies and procedures; completes tasks correctly and on time; supports the Bank’s goals and values.
19. May perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
20. Performs the position safely, without endangering the health or safety to themselves or others and will be expected to report potentially unsafe conditions. The employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations and orders issued pursuant to the OSHA Act of 1970, which are applicable to one’s own actions and conduct.
