Job Summary:  
Under the direction of Operations the employee is responsible for handling day to day ambulance operations for IL. Daily tasks include daily crew pairings and staffing, working with fleet and dispatch, and assisting with crew issues. 
Job Requirements:
•           Possess computer skills with working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
•           Must have the ability to multi-task
•           Have strong organizational & communication skills
Expectation of the Position:  
Be able to multi-task and adjust to changes throughout the day. Be able to work alongside other departments as well as communication with operations. 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1.         Works with station managers regarding equipment, schedules, and employees.
2.         Responsible for daily crew pairings and moving vehicles.
3.         Works alongside fleet regarding certifications and licensing.
4.         Accurately complete, organize and file all necessary documentation. 
5.         Be able to critically think through crew issues that arise and come up with a resolution.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is consistently required to sit; use hands, fingers, handle, feel; and talk, hear & see.  The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to work under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.   
Work Environment:  
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly in verbal contact with others and constantly works face-to-face with and around others.  Consistently uses office equipment such as computers, copy machine, fax machine, telephone, keyboard, etc.
