What Skills You Need (Required skills/experiences)


  • Less than 1 year - Internal or external industry specific experience in relevant discipline.
  • Less than 1 year - Data analytics experience.
  • Less than 1 year - Background or proven experience in mining data for analytics insights.

  • Business process knowledge of assigned area(s) and/or function(s). - Has a general understanding of the principles and uses the knowledge with assistance.
  • Knowledge of advanced data gathering and analysis techniques, including statistical analysis. - Has a general understanding of the principles and uses the knowledge with assistance.
  • Knowledge of appropriate industry - Has a general understanding of the principles and uses the knowledge with assistance.
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellence in verbal and written communication forms with emphasis on persuasive communication, tact and negotiation. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.
  • Quantitative analytical skills - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:


  • Ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, computer science, information technology, economics and engineering, statistics)
