Job Summary for Van Driver/Activity Assistant:

This position will provide transportation to residents in the community via the community van for medical appointments and social outings. This position requires a valid driver's license and safe driving history. Knowledge of handicapped accessories and safe transportation practices are helpful but we will train.  May assist residents with special needs such as walkers or wheelchairs and operate bus to accommodate special needs of residents.

This position may also help facilitate social programs created specifically for assisted living population.
