DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises (PE) is seeking a Product Manager (PdM) Ground Soldier Systems (GSS), Project Manager Integrated Visual Augmentation System (PM IVAS), Acquisition Analyst. PM GSS is part of the Program Executive Office Soldier (PEO Soldier). PEO Soldier serves as a single acquisition office to support the warfighting needs of U.S. Soldiers by developing the best equipment and fielding it as quickly as possible so that our Soldiers remain second to none in missions that span the full spectrum of military operations. PM IVAS supports Soldiers using the "Government as the Integrator" approach to develop, integrate, acquire, field, and sustain Air and Ground Soldier Systems to provide Soldier's significant improvements in battle command, situational awareness, survivability, and mobility.


Primary duties will include (but not limited to):



  • Execute acquisition management across an entire product line.

  • Coordinate products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phases.

  • Prepare, configure, and staff all Milestone documentation.

  • Assist with determining contracting strategy, prepare contracting documents, and coordinate activities with Army Contracting Command.

  • Participate in source selection boards and conduct technical evaluations.

  • Participate in product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations.

  • Assist in providing contract oversight for assigned products.

  • Maintain and manage the program budget and master schedule.

  • Identify cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs.

  • Lead and oversee preparation of Supply Requests Packages to Defense Logistics Agency and manage transition of products from PM to DLA or Army Sustainment.

  • Develop and draft Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, and other acquisition documents.

  • Work with contracting personnel to achieve desired contracted outcome.

  • Maintain configuration control.

  • Prepare plans for product risk mitigation.

  • Perform acquisition planning tasks.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:



  • Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

  • Must be able to work independently.

  • Must be detail oriented and organized.

  • Must be able to work on many different projects at one time.

  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:



  • Active DoD Secret clearance.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • A minimum twelve (12) years' related experience working within the DoD acquisition system.

  • Equivalent or experience commensurate with DAWIA Level II certification in acquisition career field, or PMP Certification.

  • Product Life Cycle Management experience.

  • Experience working with DoD acquisition and contracting documents, including J&A, Source Selection Plans, PWS, IGCE, D&F.

  • Knowledge of WAWF, iRAPT, cost analysis, and JCIDS.

Occasionally lifts up to 20 lbs.

Ability to complete routine forms, use existing form letters and/or conduct routine oral communication. Ability to make decisions which have significant impact on the immediate work unit.


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 10%. Must be able to travel by car and / or air for short-term TDY.
