JOB SUMMARY

This position will use the latest cleaning agents and methods to clean equipment related to the production operations and to maintain the sanitation level of our facility. Due to the dynamic nature of our business, duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain general plant cleanliness related to the Master Sanitation Schedule. This includes cleaning walls, ceilings, fans, lights, and floors.
Clean and operate all product fillers, tanks, piping, and other related processing equipment.
Clean all production equipment related to operation of lines including coolers and can tracks.
Maintain outside grounds and outside equipment.
Safely and correctly use chemicals and proper procedures to clean and sanitize.
Adhere to Red Gold policies, rules and regulations, including GMP's and safety.
Work as a team player with members of the crew and others in the plant.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma, General Educational Development Diploma (GED) or equivalent experience
The ability to read and comprehend MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Must be able to understand and carry out basic instructions while performing manual labor related tasks.
Must be able to successfully use basic, math, writing and reading skills necessary to complete the required paperwork and projects.
Understand and follow all GMP's and safety procedures.
