Job Description:

Associates Degree Preferred

At least 7-13 years of experience is required.

Will be supporting facility HVAC, plumbing and piping design work for industrial facilities.

Must have HVAC AND plumbing/piping design skills.

Prefer someone with experience working in an A&E firm environment.

STRONG REVIT skills REQUIRED

General project types that the successful candidate would be required to be familiar with include:

• Manufacturing and industrial projects (desired)


• Warehouses


• Office Spaces


• Multi-Story Buildings


• Hazardous areas


• Mechanical and electrial rooms in industrial plants


• Ford truck charging areas


• Chemical and gas tank farms

Potential for travel to client meetings and site walk-downs. However, this is not planned at the current time.
