Huitt-Zollars' Irvine, California office has a dynamic Hydraulic/Hydrology Engineer opportunity for a PE licensed and registered in California.

Responsibilities:

Work with PM and assisting on various hydrology, hydraulics, and water quality assignments
• Preparation of WQMP/SUSMP/LID Reports and Drainage Reports


• Preparation of storm water improvement plans, specifications, and estimates


• Perform watershed-wide studies


• Ability to work independently in a team environment and manage multiple assignments with limited supervision


• Excellent verbal and written skills, communication engineering information clearly for others and report writings


• Proficient in CAD and Civil 3D


• Ability to train staff and review work for quality assurance

Requirements:

• BSCE and California State License and registration


• Proficent in H&H software, including floodplain modeling and drainage network (RAS, XPSWMM, TUFLOW, etc)


• Eperience with the design and construction of water quality BMPs


• Proficent in ArcGIS
