The Global Learning & Organizational Development Leader brings thought leadership, innovation, and strategy to the design, development, and delivery of L&D at Equifax. in order to achieve our purpose of helping people live their financial best. The Global LOD Leader is responsible for further developing the organizational skills of our people and is responsible for best-in-class quality delivery of learning and organizational development (LODD) programs and experiences across the enterprise.  The Global LOD Leader works closely with Global Talent Management, HRBPs, and business leaders to ensure the LOD efforts optimize business results through leadership effectiveness, leadership and executive development, personal and professional development, and career mobility throughout the employee life cycle.  

Key Responsibilities Include


  • Provide insight around how effective leadership development and learning solutions influence performance, attraction & retention of top talent


  • Facilitate organizational change, talent and leadership development sessions both in-person and virtually


  • Partner to create and implement Equifax development planning methodologies and tools


  • Design and develop offerings for organizational change efforts such as eLearning, live training, or coaching and consultation


Reflection


  • Lead and implement appropriate measurement and analytics tools to monitor learning effectiveness and return on investment


  • Continuously seek out ways to learn, improve, and innovate our offerings


  • Seek to standardize our ways of working in support of our global learning community of practice


  • Work closely with external vendors to ensure product utilization, ROI, and realization of intended benefits


Research & Partnership


  • Conduct 360 ⷪ needs analyses to understand gaps in current environment, requirements, successes and historical context from the perspective of sponsors, managers, and previous participants


  • Research latest innovations in learning and organizational development experiences targeted to meeting employees where they are, including micro learning, social learning, on-demand platforms, artificial intelligence, project-based learning, and organizational change


  • Work across lines of business and geographies to develop and implement core and common talent development and organizational change solutions while influencing partners to collectively agree on joint strategies in support of One Equifax


  • Drive the execution of people development programs that will upskill the business and functional capabilities of colleagues to create future leaders which deliver market differentiated solutions, create client value, and business growth


  • Partner with Global Talent Management colleagues to discover ways to create a holistic, integrated, blended learning journeys targeting the full learner experience across the areas of Workforce Planning, Talent, Performance, & Career


  • Partner with Workday SMEs and relationship owners to create forward-thinking enhancement and release protocols


  • Work closely with members of Global Learning Community of Practice and Global Change Community of Practice for upskilling and dissemination of best practices


  • Partner and connect with stakeholders across the organization to create tools, resources, and training relative to Organizational Change


Thought Leadership & Design


  • Work with key stakeholders to design and implement everything from onboarding through the EFX Leadership Academy (live and on-demand) providing development journeys and experiences that develop current and future leaders across the enterprise


  • Effectively leverage data, insights, and technology to create best-in-class learning & leadership development solutions and experiences. Lead the enterprise LMS roadmap and strategy


  • Excellent relationship management and communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate at all levels in a global and/or matrixed organization


What Makes You a Good Fit?


  • The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in a global or multinational company ideally in a fast-paced multi-site environment, in a Learning and Development leadership role


  • Strong background in strategic (as well as tactical/operational) leadership and business content skill development


  • Experienced managing, leading and influencing mature professionals, including leading or influencing remote teams


  • Excellent relationship management and communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate at all levels in a global organization


  • Proven track record of hands on execution, and is known for an excellent ability to balance between guarding the learning organization and supporting execution and delivery during transformational times
