Job Description:

The Account Management Leader will be responsible for handling key client relationships for Employee Benefits Services      within the Global Consumer Solutions (GCS) unit. You will have full ownership for the overall development, P&L, growth, and delivery of assigned clients, working across multiple units within the enterprise to profitably expand business and develop account specific engagement approaches     . You will be the voice of the Customer in order to effectively drive initiatives and investment to build and create proactive and reactive solutions in the areas of consumer data privacy, id theft protection and restoration, security, and fraud protection as well as financial wellbeing program assessment. These strategies should yield clear deliverables for sales, market development, product development, and marketing, including the development of relationships with key partners and vendors.

What You’ll Do


  • You will drive revenue and profitability: significantly grow the Employee Benefits Services      business for Equifax with focus on client retention, relationship development and value differentiation

  • You will monitor the      business relationship with existing key distribution partners and      clients during implementation phase and conduct post implementation analyst

  • You will work with internal implementation workstream      leads (IT, Finance/Accounting, Customer Data Analysis, Marketing, Security, Legal, Compliance & Privacy) to address/resolve any business-related implementation issues

  • You will work with partners on the design, development and implementation of annual strategic plan and the tactical execution of the marketing/awareness campaigns & programs, product extension &/or new products.

  • Working closely with strategic partner director and sales leadership, You will conduct frequent client and distribution partner      status calls to monitor program progress, identify issues and engage Equifax & partner teams to resolve & identify new opportunities

Qualifications


  • 10+ years in B2B sales and market development or enterprise account management. preferably with 5+ years in the employee benefits arena. Understanding of sales, business strategy development, marketing strategy, and marketing planning.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or similar field required.

  • 20-30% travel

  • Proficient in G-Suite, Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
