Overview

The Client Program Technical Lead is responsible for delivering the highest quality consultation support to our pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry clients. This role functions as a subject matter expert to advise external client(s) on data-driven technology strategies to achieve their strategic, financial, and operational goals to effectively and successfully support studies. This role will be expected to lead and drive all aspects of a study throughout the entire lifecycle.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

    Manage technical aspects of Service Delivery and the full life cycle across specific client accounts to ensure successful execution of studies and deliverables are on time and within budget
  • Work with Technical Project Manager to commit to client(s) on behalf of the Delivery organization on delivery schedule

  • Ensure the feasibility of the solution and deliver the resolution by leveraging ERT's full capabilities

  • Collaborate on Service Delivery and work with the operations delivery team and their Leadership

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure best practices and standards across clients' deliverables

  • Own, and drive the improvement of client success metrics Defects/CAPA's

  • Attend Client and Internal Meetings as required e.g., Advisory meetings as needed to guide sales team on design capabilities / S2S / KOM / UAT feedback review / Lessons Learned

  • Represent Product Customization department for Product/R&D improvements

  • Act as a SME for early engagement in pre-sales activities

  • Participate in account planning and forecasting within the Operations Leadership Team

  • Lead global teams, consisting of both onshore and offshore resources

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

Qualifications

What we seek:


  • BSc, BA or equivalent (Degree in science/ health care-related field a plus) or 7 years of industry related experience

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of strong technical experience

  • Strategy and or advisory consulting experience required

  • Experience leading, coordinating, and motivating teams required

  • Client relationship & expectation management required

  • Clinical Indication Specific experience preferred

  • Ability to understand and interpret clinical trial documentation such as protocols, questionnaires and other data collection instruments, and clinical data models

  • Demonstrated experience in interpretation of client requirements to prepare and document design specifications

  • Passionate about the ultimate client experience and interactions with clients at all levels

  • Familiarity with FDA regulatory processes, clinical research processes

  • Ability to manage multiple project tasks and deliverables in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent presentation, communication (written and oral) and negotiation skills

  • Ability to travel up to 25%
