Under general direction, provides technical assistance to clients of the CDS Global Engage Internet product to ensure proper implementation and support of client Internet initiatives. Builds, tests, and deploys client web pages and e-mails to meet client specifications.
Maintains confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients’ proprietary information.
Provides technical assistance and guidance to clients on the CDS Global Engage Internet product while promoting a positive working relationship between CDS Global and client.
Builds, tests, and deploys client web pages in compliance with CDS Global business practices and client specifications.
Builds, tests, and deploys client e-mail campaigns in compliance with CDS Global business practices and client specifications.
Performs business user acceptance testing for Engage product enhancements.
Ensures that client requirements and expectations are met.
Communicates and coordinates with CDS Global staff on projects and client requests requiring multiple processing systems and/or impacting multiple CDS Global departments.
Acts as liaison between client and CDS Global departments for defining program enhancements and troubleshooting.
Interacts in professional and cooperative manner with all CDS Global employees, clients and/or vendors in team-oriented environment.
Participates in maintaining Engage Internet on-line help product documentation.
Maintains accurate records on internal and/or external customer account activity, e.g., complete timekeeping of customer activities.
Provides status reports to Manager and/or clients when required or requested.
Organizes and manages client tasks and/or projects to complete work and meet deadlines in changing technical environment according to established departmental procedures.
Continually learns and adapts new information in a changing technical environment.
Follows all CDS Global ergonomic and safety policies.
Travel on an occasional basis when requested by management.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND LICENSING
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or four-year related degree, or equivalent job related experience.
HTML Certification or equivalent technical experience and knowledge.
One or more years experience using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) in web page creation.
Three or more years CDS Global business and/or technical experience.
Experience working in changing technical environment.
Excellent PC Knowledge/Skills
Intermediate verbal, written and presentation skills.
Self-directed and capable of working independently.
Experience making decisions on variety of tasks frequently requiring discretion, judgment and initiative.
