Media & Partnership Sales Analyst

In this role, your main missions are:


  • Preparing financial reports and presentations that tell a story with data, including sales performance results and other ad hoc financial analysis as requested by senior leadership team

  • Building and maintaining Excel models for sales reporting and additional special projects

  • Consulting with internal teams to understand and verify sales performance, and in turn forecast assumptions and any underlying sources of variances between actual results and budget/forecast

  • Working daily in support of sales goal by assisting in the development of sales pitches, providing insights on pricing and inventory, and crafting proposals or presentations with key insights, solutions, and measurement plans

  • Inputting sales plans and forecasts into relevant business software platforms

What we are looking for

You. . .


  • 2+ years of experience in a finance role 

  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or a related field

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.  Prior use of Salesforce is desirable

  • Experience developing sales proposals that address a client’s objectives

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and interpret financial data

  • Interest in Media Sales is a must. A good understanding of the role of advertising media in a client’s marketing mix is a plus

  • Ability to meet multiple reporting deadlines and work under pressure in a fast paced and dynamic environment

  • Detailed and results-oriented and strives for continuous improvement

  • Good ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including internal colleagues from multiple divisions, external clients and agencies, and/or vendor partners

  • Excellent verbal, written and strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset who can work well within a team but can also work independently.
