Your Responsibilities

As a HRIS Software Analyst at John Deere for World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, you will:

• Participate in discussions with the Scrum and Product teams to develop technical solutions to satisfy business requirements related to HRIS applications using SAP SuccessFactors technology
• Develop, code, configure, and test SaaS system extensions as well as internally developed programs and integrations
• Utilize automation techniques to digitalize tasks in situations where system integrations are not possible

Utilize ITIL practices to provide quality IT services and support

What Skills You Need

• Experience in the design, development, testing and integration of highly complex software solutions
• Understanding of application development, databases, data management and infrastructure capabilities
• Ability to apply engineering principles and concepts for designs
• Experience with integration using technologies such as Java or Python, APIs, OS scripting, ETL tools
• Experience performing data transformation and related ETL processes
• Understanding of design patterns and loosely coupled architectures
• Hands on experience on one or more database technologies (e.g. PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, DB2)

What Makes You Stand Out (

• HRIS System Experience (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM)
• Demonstrated knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration
• Demonstrated knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Modules or Platform
• Demonstrable skills in either AWS or Azure technologies
• 1+ years' experience with DevOps principles and lean development (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery)
• 2+ years' experience implementing major software programs leveraging change management
• Strong Interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience collaborating with multiple business stakeholders to provide information technology solution
• Experience configuring, and implementing system execution/quality monitoring tools

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience in a related career field
