Description:

Full-time Personal Care Assistant position to assist PACE center participants with personal care, restorative rehabilitation, meals, group and individual activities. Actively contributes to the operations of the day center by contributing ideas for the activities program and offering suggestions to improve daily operations. HS Diploma/GED required. HHA Certification also required. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, includes weekend/holiday rotation as well as a morning community assignment Monday - Friday.
