The Analyst, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) reports to the Manager, CSR and is responsible for supporting the strategy, development, awareness and best practices for corporate philanthropy programs including execution of crewmember engagement initiatives and customer facing campaigns. The Analyst will be a thought leader with the goal of optimizing data to enhance internal and external storytelling opportunities. The analyst will build relationships with a variety of operational workgroups, business and charitable partners to support development and maintenance of branded programs/initiatives. The Analyst must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-routine in-office work environment and are an engaging professional with good judgement and autonomous decision making, whose personal values at all times match JetBlue's values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion, and Fun.
Essential Responsibilities
Manage and analyze CSR program data, preparing timely reports that contribute to the overall JetBlue For Good philanthropic storytelling. Includes development of quarterly and year end reports, program recaps, awards submissions and the annual JetBlue Social Impact report.
Work closely with key stakeholders to develop, enhance awareness and engagement with all JetBlue For Good programming.
Work cross collaboratively with Brand, Marketing, Corp. Com., DEI and other business units to develop, implement and track, internal and external communications across owned channels; social media, in-flight entertainment, crewmember communications. Develop and manage project timelines and media calendars from strategy and planning to overall implementation.
Support project manager with crewmember volunteer programs as needed including management of external partnerships, building CSR brand awareness as well as supporting the JetBlue For Good Community Connection program requests for CSR/Liaisons and Airports
Work with Sr. Analyst to Support the development of JetBlue Foundation communications and marketing plan to drive engagement and enhance JetBlue exposure in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) space
Manage engagement and programming with CSR TrueBlue donate partners including management of customer awareness campaigns, tracking of customer and JetBlue TrueBlue Point donations.
Research and communicate to various stakeholders the competitive landscape to stay informed of trends and developments in CSR such as industry best practices, regulations, certifications, etc.
Maintain CSR inboxes and respond to requests and questions internally and externally
Research, gather and prepare data to help support creation of presentation materials and metrics for Senior Leadership
Support administrative tasks as assigned including scheduling of meetings and development of presentation materials and reports for CSR
Assist in coordination of CSR events and programs.
Support disaster response needs and initiatives as needed
Support assigned tasks related to CSR programming including in person and virtual events.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous experience.
One (1) year experience coordinating programs or projects
Skilled user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
Experienced and comfortable working with numbers and in databases
Strong document management skills
Skilled writing capabilities, ability to build presentation materials for Senior Leadership
Ability to work well independently and with a team
Excellent time management skills, aptitude for proper task prioritization, and a results-oriented work process
Experience organizing/coordinating multiple projects while providing exceptional customer service
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy
Attention to detail in composing and creating reports
Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Two (2) years experience supporting corporate engagement, philanthropic programs or similar marketing, communications or data analytics fields.
Demonstrated knowledge and/or understanding of corporate philanthropic programs

When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft
