Minimal Qualifications

Limited Duration assignment to end no later than April 30, 2022, but may be extended.

Job Summary:
Provide assistance to community, students, and faculty in various computer lab(s).

Essential Functions:
Include but not limited to the following:

• Provide assistance, maintenance, and/or troubleshoot to hardware (i.e. computer or printer) and/or software


• Receive and set up new computer equipment


• Communicate clearly and effectively with end users


• Provide responsive customer service and maintain a professionalism when assisting and facilitating learning for end users


• Assist in assuring compliance with the District policy regarding software licensing and copyright protection


• Assist in providing for the appropriate backup and security of data.


• Maintain a clean (food/drink-free) quiet work area


• Assist in maintaining the inventory of all assigned equipment, supplies, and software, and spare parts


• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Minimal Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a computer related field


• One (1) year full time, directly related work experience.
