The Job

Responsible for consulting with clients regarding business needs and goals for current and future software/hardware and infrastructure development.

 

You Will

  • Using business process engineering techniques, develops technical solutions and management processes to achieve overall objectives by means of implementing systems or enterprise wide solutions.
  • Advises on the use and strengths of both hardware and software products available in the market.
  • Provides expertise on the use of company or third party software and hardware products as it relates to the infrastructure and goals of the client.
  • Develops and recommends solutions and strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure.
  • Provides expertise in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities.
  • Identifies additional product and services opportunities in customer organization.
  • Viewed by customers as a consultant.
  • Works on complex problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Serves as an escalation point for problem of diverse scope on the team.
  • Selects methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Interacts with senior internal and external personnel to gain support for solutions and implementation objectives.
  • Serves as a mentor, trains and develops team members.

You Have

  • Typically requires a bachelors degree. 
  • Typically requires 5-8 years of experience in area of professional responsibility.
  • Typically requires extensive knowledge of company and third party products, technical solutions and platforms.
  • Additional software or hardware technical certifications may be required.
